11 MONTHS!

I'm 11 months Old!!

Claire is 11 months today! and it came with snow! We have about 12 inches of snow but not as bad as our D.C. family...they are suppose to get 20 inches!!! We are just hanging out at the house this weekend and avoiding the craziness of winter. Claire is doing very good we have gotten 5 steps solo out of her so far......we are thinking it won't be too long before she is doing more. We went for our first visit to Cleveland Clinic in 2 months and got quite a surprise. They have scheduled surgery for the 15th of March! She will be getting her left foot sewn together and a bone extender on each hand to grow her thumbs. The bone extender has a key that we will turn 4 times a day to help the thumbs grow. She will have those on for about 3 months, so she will be getting them off just in time for summer! Other than Surgery news Claire has 1 tooth on the bottom, 1 tooth on the top, and her second top one is breaking through. She is loving her sippy cup, I haven't tried putting formula in there, I think I will wait until she starts milk. Her birthday is only a month away! We have Cousin Brayden's birthday coming up on Valentines Day and Aunt B we are waiting for Hayden to be here soon! Claire is talking a mile a minute! She says Hi and Bye with waves, mommy, momma, mum, daddy, dadda, pa (fredpa or grandpa in general), joe, go go go, yea yea yea (courtesy of that rhianna song), bottle, and I'm sure I'm forgetting a few but the girl loves to talk! She also loves to dance she loves music too! We will have to get her into some dance lessons when she is old enough. We are glad that Aunt Dani and Chloe are back we have been going through withdrawals! We are just really loving life at the moment, Claire is so much fun right now we are taking it all in :o)
